1. Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items not due to our error

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact our support team.

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing time may vary
